How Do I Get Help?

This article explains how to get assistance with DefiniSec products and cloud services.

To get help with SSProtect or related endeavors, there are several options available to you.

First, you can Search using the edit control that contains the text, "Enter a search term here". Try keywords such as, "Installation" or, "Encryption Modes", and you will receive a list of articles you can peruse. For an overview of our products and cloud services, navigate to the product pages on our main website. For current events, trends, and secure applications, check out our Insights columns.

To ask a question in these forums, use the Post a Public Question link on the right side of each page. If you need more immediate assistance, or prefer not to disclose your issue publicly, use the Email Us link on the right side of the page, or instead send an email directly to support@definisec.com. Note that as part of the ProtectNow! Program we will also be adding a way to share secure information directly from within the :Foundation Client.
